Project Delivery Services (PDS) is Agilitus’ integrated EPCM-based delivery model that coordinates engineering, procurement, commercial management and construction oversight for clients.
Agilitus provides integrated engineering, procurement and project management services (Project Delivery Services) to deliver complex resource and infrastructure projects from early concept through to commissioning.
Our approach allows clients to progress projects efficiently without prematurely committing to large EPC contracts or carrying the cost and risk of maintaining oversized internal project teams during uncertain project timelines.
Our PDS model allows clients to progress projects in a structured and controlled manner while maintaining flexibility over procurement strategy, contracting model and project timing.
Under this approach, Agilitus acts as the client’s delivery partner and agent, coordinating engineering, procurement and construction management activities while enabling the client to retain control of commercial decisions and supplier relationships.
By combining engineering capability, disciplined project controls and strategic procurement partnerships, Agilitus supports clients to develop, execute and deliver projects with strong commercial governance and practical execution focus.
